Responsibilities
- Develop and Test: Assist in the development, testing, and debugging of web and mobile applications under the mentorship of senior engineers.
- Code Implementation: Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code in languages such as Python, Java, or JavaScript.
- Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups and collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, product, and QA) to deliver high-quality software.
- Debugging: Identify and resolve software bugs and issues in existing codebases to ensure optimal performance.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate technical documentation and contribute to the team’s knowledge base.
- Learning & Growth: Proactively learn new technologies and best practices to contribute innovative solutions to the team.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Aptitude: Familiarity with at least one programming language and basic understanding of data structures and algorithms.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues creatively.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Fort Worth, TX, or ability to work remotely from North Carolina.
- Motivation: A self-starter attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced engineering team.
