Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable web applications using JavaScript/TypeScript, Python, or Java
- Participate in Agile sprints, code reviews, and CI/CD pipeline optimization
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements
- Debug and resolve production issues using cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Contribute to technical documentation and best practices
- Learn and implement emerging technologies like containerization and microservices
- Support API development and database optimization (SQL/NoSQL)
- Mentored growth through regular 1:1s and skill development plans
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Strong fundamentals in data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming
- Experience with at least one modern programming language (Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript)
- Familiarity with version control (Git) and collaborative development tools
- Basic understanding of web technologies (HTML/CSS, REST APIs)
- Problem-solving skills demonstrated through projects or hackathons
