Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable software solutions using Java, Python, and JavaScript
- Collaborate in Agile teams to design, test, and deploy production-ready code
- Debug and optimize applications for performance and security
- Document technical specifications and contribute to code reviews
- Participate in sprint planning and stand-up meetings
- Learn and implement cloud technologies (AWS/Azure) under mentorship
- Contribute to open-source projects and internal innovation initiatives
Qualifications
- Recent computer science graduate or career changer with no professional experience required
- Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and OOP principles
- Proficiency in at least one programming language (Java, Python, or JavaScript)
- Basic knowledge of SQL databases and version control (Git)
- Problem-solving mindset with ability to learn quickly
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eligible for relocation to Louisville, KY with willingness to relocate
