Responsibilities
- Assist senior developers in designing, coding, and testing software applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code using modern programming languages.
- Debug and troubleshoot issues to ensure high-quality software delivery.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and agile development processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (UI/UX, Product, QA) to define features.
- Learn and implement best practices for software security and performance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- No prior professional experience required; bootcamp graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Familiarity with basic web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) is a plus but not mandatory.
- Strong analytical thinking and logical problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented mindset.
- Ability to relocate to Charlotte, NC.
