- Design and implement high-performance backend services using Java/Python

- Optimize system performance and security protocols
- Mentor engineers through pair programming and knowledge sharing sessions
Qualifications
- 5+ years of software development experience with Java/Python
- Expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/GCP) and containerization (Docker/Kubernetes)
- Strong background in microservices architecture and RESTful APIs
- Proven experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
- BS/MS in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Excellent problem-solving skills and remote collaboration abilities
- Experience mentoring technical teams in agile environments
