Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy high-performance, scalable software applications using modern architectures.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and engineers to define feature requirements and technical roadmaps.
- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews to ensure code quality, security, and adherence to best practices.
- Optimize application performance, troubleshoot complex bugs, and ensure system reliability.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to automate testing and deployment processes.
- Participate in agile ceremonies including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or JavaScript with a strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Strong knowledge of database management systems (SQL and NoSQL).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
- Experience with containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes is a plus.
