The Role: In this role, you will work closely with senior developers to design, develop, and test software applications. We are proud to offer full relocation assistance to qualified candidates, ensuring a smooth transition to sunny California.
What You Will Do:
- Assist in the design, development, and maintenance of high-quality software code.
- Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality, adherence to standards, and security.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Design, QA) to deliver features on time.
- Debug and resolve software defects and technical issues.
- Document code and technical specifications.
- Engage in agile development practices including sprint planning and stand-ups.
What We Are Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field.
- Proficiency in at least one major programming language (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++).
- Basic understanding of data structures, algorithms, and software design patterns.
- Familiarity with web technologies (HTML, CSS, RESTful APIs) is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- A proactive attitude and a desire to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver’s license (required for relocation coordination).
Responsibilities
- Develop clean, efficient, and maintainable code for web and mobile applications.
- Contribute to the full software development lifecycle (SDLC) from requirements gathering to deployment.
- Write unit and integration tests to ensure software reliability.
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in software engineering.
Qualifications
- Enthusiastic about technology and software development.
- Completed or nearly completed a degree in a relevant technical field.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
