Responsibilities
- Design and Development: Collaborate with the engineering team to design, implement, and maintain scalable software applications.
- Code Quality Assurance: Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code in languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Debugging and Optimization: Identify, diagnose, and resolve software defects while optimizing application performance.
- Agile Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and code reviews within an Agile/Scrum environment.
- Technical Support: Assist in troubleshooting production issues and supporting internal tools.
- Documentation: Contribute to technical documentation and knowledge base updates.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Programming Proficiency: Familiarity with at least one programming language (Java, Python, C++, or JavaScript) and basic data structures.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical skills and the ability to break down complex problems into manageable solutions.
- Tools & Version Control: Basic understanding of Git, RESTful APIs, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills, a collaborative mindset, and a strong desire to learn new technologies.
