Responsibilities
- Develop, test, and maintain high-quality, scalable software applications using modern programming languages and frameworks.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams of product managers, designers, and senior engineers to define and deliver features.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in agile development ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers to ensure code quality and knowledge sharing.
- Troubleshoot and debug applications to resolve issues and optimize system performance.
- Contribute to the technical documentation and architecture planning for new features.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with JavaScript, Python, or Java and a strong willingness to learn our specific tech stack.
- Understanding of fundamental data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented programming concepts.
- Experience with version control systems (e.g., Git) and basic understanding of CI/CD pipelines.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.
