As an Entry Level Software Engineer, you won't just be observing; you will be actively contributing to our projects under the guidance of senior developers. We provide a comprehensive onboarding curriculum designed to bridge the gap between academic theory and professional application.
Responsibilities
- Development Assistance: Assist senior engineers in writing, testing, and debugging code for web and mobile applications.
- Code Reviews: Participate in code reviews to learn best practices, coding standards, and software design patterns.
- Feature Implementation: Contribute to small, well-defined features while learning our internal frameworks and libraries.
- Documentation: Write clear and concise technical documentation to support new features and bug fixes.
- Testing & QA: Participate in the quality assurance process to identify bugs and ensure product stability.
- Collaboration: Work closely with product managers and designers to understand requirements and provide technical insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent coding bootcamp experience).
- Technical Basics: Understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) concepts, data structures, and algorithms.
- Language Proficiency: Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Java, Python, C#, JavaScript) or web technologies.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated logical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot simple coding issues independently.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to collaborate effectively within a diverse team.
