Responsibilities
- Assist in the design, development, and testing of software applications using modern programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following industry best practices and coding standards.
- Participate in code reviews and agile sprint planning sessions to ensure project milestones are met.
- Debug and resolve software defects and issues reported by users or QA teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including UI/UX designers, product managers, and quality assurance engineers.
- Contribute to technical documentation and maintain existing codebases.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Familiarity with at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Java, C#, JavaScript) and basic understanding of web development (HTML, CSS, REST APIs).
- Understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and version control systems like Git.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to learn new technologies quickly.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
- Attention to detail and a commitment to writing high-quality, maintainable code.
