Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Python
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement RESTful APIs
- Write clean, efficient code and conduct thorough unit testing
- Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning and retrospectives
- Debug and resolve production issues with real-world impact
- Contribute to CI/CD pipeline optimization using Jenkins and Docker
- Mentor junior interns during summer programs
- Research emerging technologies and propose innovative solutions
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field (2023-2024 graduates welcome)
- Proficiency in at least two programming languages (Java, Python, JavaScript, or C#)
- Understanding of data structures, algorithms, and object-oriented design
- Familiarity with version control systems (Git) and Agile methodologies
- Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
