Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Assist in the development of interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data.
- Collaborate with the operations team to generate weekly and monthly performance reports.
- Document data processes and maintain databases to support business intelligence initiatives.
- Support client-facing presentations by translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and assist in implementing new analytical tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Finance, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Self-motivated individual with a strong willingness to learn new technologies and tools.
