Responsibilities
- Execute manual and automated test cases to identify software defects
- Document test results, bugs, and product issues in JIRA
- Collaborate with developers to troubleshoot and resolve defects
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprints, retrospectives)
- Create detailed test plans and test scripts
- Perform regression testing on new features
- Analyze test metrics to improve quality processes
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical degree preferred)
- Strong attention to detail and analytical thinking
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new tools
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in fast-paced, collaborative environments
- Passion for technology and problem-solving
- Must be authorized to work in the US
- Valid driver's license required for occasional client visits
