Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware including routers, switches, and firewalls
- Provide Tier 1 support for network connectivity issues and user troubleshooting
- Document network configurations, changes, and maintenance procedures
- Assist with network security protocols and system monitoring
- Collaborate with senior technicians on infrastructure projects
- Perform regular network health checks and preventive maintenance
- Support endpoint device connectivity and peripheral setups
Qualifications
- No formal experience required - we provide all necessary training!
- High school diploma or equivalent (technical certification a plus)
