Responsibilities
- Conduct user research and usability testing to identify pain points and opportunities
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs using Figma and Adobe XD
- Develop user personas, journey maps, and information architecture
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align design with business goals
- Implement design systems and maintain consistent UI/UX standards
- Analyze user feedback and iterate on designs based on data-driven insights
- Present design solutions to stakeholders with clear rationale and user-centered arguments
Qualifications
- 3+ years of professional UX design experience with a portfolio showcasing mobile/web projects
- Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools
- Strong understanding of UX principles, accessibility standards (WCAG), and design systems
- Experience with user research methodologies (interviews, surveys, A/B testing)
- Bachelor's degree in UX Design, HCI, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to articulate design decisions
- Portfolio demonstrating problem-solving process and end-to-end design work
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
