- Collaborate with senior technicians on network upgrades and expansions
- Provide technical support to internal staff and clients
- Participate in ongoing training programs to develop advanced skills
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college degree preferred)
- Basic understanding of computer hardware and software concepts
- Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking abilities
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Willingness to obtain industry certifications (CompTIA Network+, Cisco CCNA)
- Ability to work flexible hours including occasional on-call duties
- Valid Louisiana driver's license (for site visits)
