Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls)
- Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues
- Document network topology and changes using Visio
- Assist with server hardware and OS installations
- Provide technical support to internal teams via ticket system
- Monitor network performance and security protocols
- Collaborate with vendors for equipment procurement
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic computer literacy (Windows OS, internet navigation)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to lift 30 lbs and work in confined spaces
- Valid driver's license for occasional site visits
- Willingness to earn industry certifications
