Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of raw data to identify trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis and generate regular performance reports for stakeholders.
- Identify areas for process improvement by analyzing complex data sets.
- Assist in the maintenance of data pipelines and ensure data integrity across systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases; knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to detect errors in data sets.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Willingness to work in a hybrid model (DC Office or NC Remote).
