Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support business planning and strategy.
- Report Generation: Create clear, concise, and actionable reports summarizing data findings for non-technical audiences.
- Database Support: Assist in querying databases using SQL and maintaining data documentation.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline data processes and improve data accessibility across the organization.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and a working knowledge of SQL.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is a strong plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data patterns.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data simply.
