Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large, complex datasets to identify key trends and patterns.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize performance metrics.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support the marketing and sales departments in achieving their quarterly goals.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate business questions into data queries.
- Document data sources, methodologies, and findings to ensure transparency and reproducibility.
- Assist in the development and implementation of data quality assurance (DQA) procedures.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting languages (Python or R) is a strong plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Excellent attention to detail and analytical thinking skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication abilities to present data insights clearly.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative team environment.
