Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain high-quality software solutions using modern frameworks and languages (e.g., Python, React, Go).
- Architect scalable microservices and ensure system reliability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical specifications.
- Conduct code reviews, write unit tests, and participate in agile sprint planning.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to the technical roadmap of the department.
- Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline deployment processes and reduce downtime.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related technical field (Master’s preferred).
- 5+ years of professional software development experience with a focus on backend or full-stack development.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, or C# and modern frontend frameworks like React or Angular.
- Strong understanding of RESTful APIs, GraphQL, and database management (SQL/NoSQL).
- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP and containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a remote setting.
