- Remote Collaboration: Participate in daily stand-ups, code reviews, and agile sprint planning with distributed teams.
- Debugging & Optimization: Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve complex software defects to ensure system stability and performance.
- Documentation: Create comprehensive technical documentation, API specs, and system architecture diagrams.
- Testing: Develop and execute unit tests and integration tests to verify functionality and prevent regressions.
Qualifications
- Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Tech Stack: Proficiency in JavaScript (ES6+), React, Node.js, or Python.
- Database: Strong understanding of SQL and NoSQL databases (e.g., PostgreSQL, MongoDB).
- Remote Work: Proven ability to work autonomously and manage time effectively in a remote environment.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams.
