The Role
As a Junior Data Analyst, you will support the analytics department by interpreting complex data sets, identifying key performance indicators (KPIs), and presenting findings in a clear and concise manner.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Create detailed reports and presentations for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with SQL and basic understanding of database querying.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
