Responsibilities
- Collect and Clean Data: Gather raw data from various sources, ensuring high accuracy and removing errors to prepare for analysis.
- Perform Basic Analysis: Utilize SQL and Excel to process data sets and answer business questions.
- Create Data Visualizations: Build clear, professional charts and dashboards (using Tableau or Power BI) to present findings to stakeholders.
- Generate Reports: Produce regular performance reports and summaries to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Maintain Documentation: Keep detailed records of data sources, methodologies, and analysis processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) and basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data concepts to non-technical teams.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot trends and errors in large datasets with precision.
- Problem Solving: A logical mindset and the ability to think critically when solving business problems.
- Availability: Must be available to work 40 hours per week.
