Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret large datasets to identify trends and patterns.
- Create clear and compelling data visualizations (dashboards, charts, graphs) for non-technical stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the engineering team to improve data quality and reporting processes.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports to track key business metrics.
- Assist in the development of predictive models and statistical analysis.
- Document data processes and ensure data integrity across all systems.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: We welcome recent graduates and career changers eager to break into analytics.
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting.
