Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and organize raw data from various sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Use Microsoft Excel and SQL to clean, structure, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Visual Reporting: Create clear, professional dashboards and charts using Tableau or Power BI to present findings to stakeholders.
- Support Senior Analysts: Collaborate with the data team to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data sets.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and contribute to the development of data-driven strategies.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data sources, methodologies, and analytical processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros). Familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical teams.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling large volumes of data.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and the ability to troubleshoot data issues.
- Reliability: Must be a self-starter with the ability to work independently in a remote environment.
