Responsibilities
As an Entry Level Data Analyst, you will be responsible for gathering and analyzing complex datasets to uncover actionable insights for our stakeholders.
- Collect, clean, and prepare large datasets for analysis using SQL and Excel.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using PowerBI or Tableau to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to support business decision-making processes.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and requirements.
- Generate regular performance reports and present findings to management in a clear, concise manner.
- Assist in the implementation of new data tracking systems and quality assurance protocols.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Familiarity with SQL (SELECT, JOIN, WHERE clauses) and basic understanding of database structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI is a plus).
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to break down complex problems into manageable components.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to translate technical data into business value.
- Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to data accuracy and integrity.
