Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create visual dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder reporting
- Identify trends and anomalies in customer behavior data
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements
- Document analysis processes and maintain data dictionaries
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders through clear storytelling
- Assist in A/B testing design and results interpretation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's preferred)
- 0-2 years of professional experience (students welcome to apply)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP)
- Basic understanding of statistical concepts (mean, median, correlation)
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
