Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleansing: Gather, clean, and organize large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data integrity and accuracy.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards in Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for stakeholders.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic to intermediate statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within business data.
- Reporting & Presentation: Generate regular reports and present findings to management and cross-functional teams in a clear, concise manner.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Process Improvement: Assist in identifying opportunities to improve data collection processes and reporting efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Proficiency: Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and SQL is required.
- Visualization Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot data issues and a keen eye for detail.
- Work Style: Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to work effectively in a remote or hybrid setting.
