Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Analysis & Reporting: Perform statistical analysis and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to visualize key performance metrics.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand data requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
- Visualization: Create intuitive and engaging data visualizations using tools like Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel to present findings to stakeholders.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify trends and patterns in data that can help optimize business processes and drive revenue growth.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (querying databases) and Python or R is a plus.
- Software Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Charts).
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities and a keen attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex data concepts clearly to non-technical team members.
