Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within the data.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders, translating complex data findings into clear, concise business recommendations.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (Graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and experience with Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Visualization Tools: Basic to intermediate knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a plus, though not strictly required for entry-level candidates.
- Soft Skills: Strong attention to detail, excellent problem-solving abilities, and the communication skills to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
