Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and analyze structured/unstructured datasets using SQL and Excel
- Create visual dashboards and reports using Tableau/Power BI
- Identify trends and insights to support strategic business decisions
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on data-driven projects
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise documentation
- Maintain data integrity across company databases
- Participate in continuous learning through our analyst development program
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Statistics, Math, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables)
- Basic understanding of SQL syntax and database concepts
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
