In this role, you will work alongside senior analysts to transform raw data into actionable business strategies, helping us drive growth and efficiency across the organization.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of data to identify trends and patterns.
- Develop and maintain dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data models.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support decision-making processes and strategic planning.
- Document data processes and ensure data integrity across all systems.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Familiarity with SQL and basic scripting (Python or R) is a plus.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
