Your Role
You will work closely with senior data scientists to interpret complex datasets, create visualizations, and provide strategic recommendations to stakeholders. This is a fantastic opportunity for recent graduates or career changers to break into the industry.
Responsibilities
- Collect and analyze large sets of data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare and visualize data reports and dashboards for management using tools like Tableau, Excel, and SQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to improve business processes based on data insights.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases and documentation of data sources.
- Assist in the development of predictive models and forecasting tools.
- Identify opportunities for data optimization and efficiency improvements.
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear and concise manner.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, macros) is required.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to relocate to California (Relocation Assistance provided).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
