Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and compile data from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Process and clean raw data to prepare it for analysis, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support Reporting: Create detailed reports and dashboards to visualize data trends and share findings with the management team.
- Learn Analytics Tools: Utilize SQL, Excel, and other business intelligence tools under guidance to perform complex data queries and analysis.
- Collaborate: Work closely with senior analysts and department heads to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
Qualifications
- No Experience Required: Recent graduates or career changers are encouraged to apply.
- Education: High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor’s degree in Business, Statistics, or a related field is a plus but not mandatory.
- Basic Computer Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) is essential.
