Responsibilities
- Assist the data team in collecting, cleaning, and validating datasets to ensure high-quality reporting.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using Excel, Tableau, or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in business data.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and support decision-making.
- Document data processes and methodologies to ensure consistency across the organization.
- Participate in weekly training sessions to master SQL, Python, and data visualization techniques.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions like Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, and Macros.
- Familiarity with SQL, Tableau, or PowerBI is a strong plus but not required for applicants.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to spot errors in large datasets.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new technologies in a fast-paced environment.
