Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various sources to identify trends and patterns.
- Assist in the development and maintenance of data dashboards using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to understand data requirements and deliver clear, concise reports.
- Perform basic statistical analysis and quality assurance checks on data sets.
- Identify areas for process improvement based on data-driven insights.
- Document data workflows and ensure data integrity across systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.) is required.
- Ability to communicate complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
- Willingness to obtain additional technical certifications (e.g., SQL, Python) during employment.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
