Responsibilities
- Collect and Clean Data: Gather information from various sources and ensure data accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Develop Dashboards: Create visually appealing and interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform Statistical Analysis: Apply statistical methods to identify patterns, trends, and correlations within large datasets.
- Generate Reports: Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for management, summarizing findings in a clear and concise manner.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Support Decision Making: Present data-driven recommendations to stakeholders to help the company make informed strategic decisions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required. Experience with SQL or Python is a plus but not mandatory.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think logically to solve complex business problems.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain technical findings to non-technical audiences.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling data and preparing reports.
