Responsibilities
- Assist in gathering, cleaning, and validating datasets from various internal sources.
- Support the creation and maintenance of interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Conduct basic statistical analysis and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in data to help drive business growth.
- Document data processes and ensure data accuracy and integrity.
- Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (equivalent experience is acceptable).
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Strong interest in learning SQL, Python, or R.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to communicate complex data insights to non-technical team members clearly.
- Highly motivated self-starter with a desire to learn and grow within a fast-paced environment.
