Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and ensure it is accurate and organized for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Assist in building interactive dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, trends, and anomalies in data sets to support business decision-making.
- Reporting: Create weekly and monthly reports for management summarizing key findings.
- Collaboration: Partner with marketing and operations teams to understand data needs.
- Documentation: Maintain up-to-date documentation of data models and processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required; familiarity with SQL or Python is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong logical thinking and attention to detail.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
