Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection: Gather and organize data from various internal sources to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Process raw data to identify errors, remove duplicates, and prepare datasets for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Build and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Support Reporting: Prepare weekly and monthly reports for management, highlighting trends and anomalies.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform basic statistical analysis to support business decision-making processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) is required.
