Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Excel, and Python to identify trends and business opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations using Tableau/Power BI for stakeholder presentations
- Develop automated reporting dashboards to track KPIs and performance metrics
- Collaborate with product teams to define data requirements for new initiatives
- Ensure data quality through validation, cleaning, and documentation processes
- Present findings to leadership with clear, actionable recommendations
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from cross-departmental partners
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or related field
- 0-2 years of experience in data analysis or relevant internship
- Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation
- Strong knowledge of Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, Data Analysis ToolPak)
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or Power BI preferred)
- Basic programming skills in Python or R
- Exceptional problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
