Responsibilities
- Design and implement microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead CI/CD pipeline optimization using Kubernetes, Terraform, and Jenkins
- Mentor junior engineers through code reviews and architectural planning sessions
- Develop RESTful APIs with comprehensive documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI
- Implement robust security protocols for PCI-compliant financial systems
- Analyze performance metrics and optimize database queries (PostgreSQL/Redis)
- Collaborate with product teams to translate business requirements into technical specifications
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building enterprise-grade applications
- Proficiency in Java, Python, and modern JavaScript frameworks (React/Angular)
- AWS certification (Solutions Architect or DevOps Engineer preferred)
- Strong understanding of distributed systems and event-driven architecture
- Experience with Agile methodologies and JIRA/Confluence
