Responsibilities
- Architect and implement scalable microservices using Java/Spring Boot and AWS cloud infrastructure
- Lead technical design sessions and mentor junior engineers through pair programming
- Optimize database performance and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins/GitHub Actions
- Conduct code reviews and enforce best practices across 15+ engineering teams
- Collaborate with product managers to translate business requirements into technical specs
- Implement security protocols and ensure compliance with SOC 2 standards
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in full-stack development with Java/Python
- Expertise in AWS services (EC2, Lambda, RDS, S3) and container orchestration
- Strong background in RESTful API design and SQL/NoSQL databases
- Proven track record of leading agile projects with JIRA/Confluence
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent practical experience
- Experience with test-driven development and unit testing frameworks
