Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets to ensure high data quality and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform exploratory data analysis (EDA) to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Product, Sales) to understand business requirements.
- Translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and non-technical summaries for stakeholders.
- Assist in the automation of data workflows to improve efficiency.
- Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of SQL (SELECT, JOINs, subqueries) is required.
- Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile startup environment.
