Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather raw data from various sources and clean and format it to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis on datasets to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that influence business decisions.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop interactive dashboards and visualizations to present complex data in a clear, actionable format for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate regular performance reports and present findings to the management team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (marketing, sales, finance) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- Database Management: Assist in maintaining and updating our data warehouses to ensure data integrity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates welcome).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with SQL (strongly preferred), Microsoft Excel (Advanced), and basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data quality and interpretation.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to explain complex data findings to non-technical audiences.
- Tools: Experience with data visualization tools like Tableau or PowerBI is a big plus but not required for entry-level.
- Relocation: Willingness to relocate to Nashville, TN.
