Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, organize, and clean large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive data visualizations using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify patterns, trends, and anomalies within the data that drive business strategy.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management, translating complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
- SQL & Database Management: Write efficient SQL queries to extract data and ensure database structures are optimized for reporting.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (preferred) and basic knowledge of Python or R is a plus.
- Tools: Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Excel (Advanced level).
- Attention to Detail: Strong ability to spot errors and ensure data accuracy.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
