Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy for reporting purposes.
- Assist in the creation of data dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform basic statistical analysis to support business decision-making processes.
- Communicate findings and insights to non-technical stakeholders through clear reports and presentations.
- Monitor data trends to identify opportunities for process improvement.
- Maintain data documentation and adhere to company data governance standards.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (equivalent experience considered).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) is required.
- Strong attention to detail and a logical approach to problem-solving.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a cross-functional team.
- Basic understanding of SQL or Python is a plus, but not mandatory for this entry-level role.
