Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets from various sources to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business strategy.
- Visualization & Reporting: Create compelling dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to communicate findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- SQL Proficiency: Write and optimize complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data efficiently.
- Documentation: Document data models, processes, and analysis methodologies to maintain transparency and facilitate knowledge sharing.
- Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field. (Recent graduates are encouraged to apply).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SQL and experience with spreadsheet software (Excel/Google Sheets).
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R is a plus but not required; we provide training.
- Analytical Mindset: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to present complex data insights clearly.
- Attention to Detail: High level of accuracy when handling sensitive data and performing complex calculations.
